Employer Fees (live-in caregivers)
Sponsored Live-in Nannies and Caregivers:
(From Overseas for live-in sponsored purposes and Locally, whom are already in Canada and need to apply for a new Work Permit <an additional fee of $150.00 for the Work Permit from the government of Canada is extraneous to our fee>.)
*COST = $1195.00 + HST
Local Nannies, Housekeepers, Eldercare or Drivers:
(Already residing in Canada, live-in or out, with no necessary paperwork, contracts can be provided.)
*COST = $695.00 + HST
**Our Services May Include:
- Helping to set up Business Number with Canada Revenue Agency.
- Qualifying you through the Nationally Required Advertising Directives to be able to sponsor a caregiver on the Canadian Job Bank.
- Finding you a qualified suitable caregiver.
- Doing all necessary applications, contracts and paperwork.
- Regular follow-ups with the employer and caregiver.
- 6 month replacement guarantee for the caregiver if the need arises (on a best efforts basis).

If you require applications to be done on your behalf as you have found your own caregiver, we would be happy to help you.
*COST = $595.00 + HST (advertising/paperwork/administration fees)
Weekend or Weekday Placements:
(Employers needing permanent part-time care 1-3 days per week).
$295.00 + HST for one day per week
$395.00 + HST for two days per week
$495.00 + HST for three days per week
*Any placements more than 3 days are considered to be full-time placements.*
Temporary Placements:
1 Month: $295.00 + HST
2 Months: $395.00 + HST
3 Months: $495.00 + HST
*Any placements more than 3 months are considered to be full-time placements.*
Temporary Placements:
1 Week: $145.00 + HST
2 Weeks: $195.00 + HST
3 Weeks: $245.00 + HST
Wages for the caregiver to be paid directly to the caregiver:
3-4 Hours: $15.00/hr/day + $10.00/day for transportation fee
5-6 Hours: $13.50/hr/day + $10.00/day for transportation fee
7-10 Hours: $12.00/hr/day + $10.00/day for transportation fee
*Hours must be consecutive and are for one elderly client or up to 3 children. An additional charge of $2.00/hr/day will be added for each additional person.
Live-in Caregivers Overseas:
Foreign Caregivers, whereby Caregivers are placed and interviewed from Overseas and the wait is approximately 3 - 24 months for placement and arrival in Canada once a positive Labour Market Opinion is received.

Live-in Caregivers Local:
Foreign Caregivers, whereby Caregivers are placed and interviewed who are within Canada. The wait is approximately three months to get their work permit.

**If existing work order is already in place with Nannies on the Hill, temporary placement is for that waiting period of three months before the Foreign Caregiver arrives to Canada and there is no fee during the wait period other than the caregiver’s wages, taxes and room & board.
*** Keep in mind, if you need a temporary Caregiver in the interim, full placement fee is due prior to the first day the temporary caregiver begins.
